Ken Dixon is currently the general manager for Prime Nutrisource and NüGale Pharmaceutical. Having studied business and horticulture at the Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, he always had a passion for the natural nutrition industry. Daniel Dereser, a doctor of pharmacy in France, received his degree from Université Aix-Marseille II in 2003. He completed an additional training certificate program in clinical homeopathy for pharmacists through the Center for Education and Development of Homeopathy (CEDH). Before becoming the CEO of Boiron Canada in 2015, Dereser held the position of director of medical development for Boiron Canada and Boiron U.S.A. Dr. Boxtart has served on the board of directors of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors for six years, acting as chairman of the board for three years. He is also a co-founder of the Northern Centre for Integrative Medicine, a multidisciplinary practice in northern B.C. His practice focus is chronic musculoskeletal pain and integrative oncology.

Dr. Nijhawan specializes in therapeutic endoscopy, irritable bowel syndrome, and celiac disease. He is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, the American Board of Gastroenterology, and the American Board of Internal Medicine. In 2003, Dr. Nijhawan established the Digestive Health Clinic to help bring leading-edge technology to Canada.

Dr. Parmar was the first Canadian Naturopathic Physician to qualify with a fellowship from the American Board of Naturopathic Oncology in 2007. He and his wife, Dr. Karen Parmar, launched the Integrated Health Clinic in 2000, which is now one of the largest integrated health-care facilities in Canada.

Dr. Prouse has practised as an obstetrician/gynecologist for over 10 years and currently holds the position of assistant professor at the University of Toronto and the Northern Ontario School of Medicine. She is the founder and chief medical officer at the Institute for Hormonal Health, an integrative medical practice that focuses on hormonal imbalances in both women and men.

Lewis Retik is the leader of the Advertising & Product Regulatory group and co-leader of the Food & Beverage group at Gowling WLG. As a partner in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office, he practices primarily in the area of regulatory and commercial law. Lewis’ practice focuses on regulated products, including product distribution, manufacturing, advertising, packaging and labelling, and regulatory licensing. Lewis regularly interacts with senior officials of government within such departments as Industry Canada, Health Canada, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, and Environment Canada.
